PRIVACY POLICY
This information describes, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Code for the protection of personal data, the methods and purposes of data management provided by users of the site www.immobiliaredomi.it (hereinafter the “Site”) during the consultation of the same or at the time of their registration.
It is rendered pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code and in consideration of Recommendation n.2/2001 (on the minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union, adopted on 17 May by the EC-Group for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data) and is addressed to all who access the Site.
All of the provisions of this policy, unless otherwise indicated, is rendered only for the Site. The Site Managers and the Authors of the content are not responsible for the content of third party sites directly or indirectly linked through links from the Site.


2. CONTROLLER AND PROCESSOR
The data controller is Studio Villaguardia Sas, with headquarters in Via Varesina 76 – Villaguardia 22079 (CO). The updated list of data processors appointed by the company is available at the headquarters of Studio Villaguardia Sas.
The processing of data will be carried out by employees or collaborators of the company or the company appointed responsible for the processing, in any case operating within the same, as data processors.


3. DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The simple consultation of the Site involves the collection and processing of navigation data only. In particular:

Navigation data:
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Sites acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. No personal data of users is acquired in this regard by the Site. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify users. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Sites, the addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the required resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user. These data are not disseminated, but are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Sites and to check their correct functioning and are kept for the time defined by the relevant legal regulations. The data may, however, be used for the assessment of liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

Cookies
“Cookies” are information that are transferred to the hard disk of the user’s computer from a website. These are not programmes, but of small text files that allow websites to store information about the navigation carried out by the user and to make such information accessible during web browsing by other sites that use this tool. Most websites use cookies because they are part of the tools that can improve the browsing experience of users. Cookies allow websites to offer personalised services (for example, remember a login, store products in the shopping cart or show important content). There are several types of cookies: temporary cookies (or session cookies) that are automatically deleted with the closure of the browser and permanent cookies that are not deleted but remain until they are specially deleted or until the expiration date defined by the site itself. Most browsers accept cookies automatically; however, you can disable cookies from your browser, but in that case you should remember that you may lose many of the functions necessary for the website to function properly. As for the specific cookies used on this site, they are limited to those normally defined as “strictly necessary cookies”as essential for the user’s navigation of the website and for the use of its features such as access to protected areas of the site and without which the services requested by the user, such as making a purchase, cannot be provided, and to those known as targeting cookies or advertising cookies, which, unlike the first, are used to send targeted ads to the user based on his interests. They are also used to limit the number of times the user views an advertisement and to evaluate the effectiveness of the advertising campaign.
Cookies store the website visited by the user and this information is shared with third parties such as advertisers. The most commonly used browsers still allow the disabling of this kind of cookies.


4. DIFFERENT TYPES OF DATA AND RELATED PROCESSING
Certain features of the Site provide for the acquisition and processing of data of different types on a voluntary basis and, therefore, not mandatory. Depending on the type of data acquired and the purposes of the related processing, the User will receive appropriate and specific information and, where required, will be asked to express their consent to the related processing.
In particular, when entering your personal data, you are invited to read the information provided pursuant to the Privacy Code and to confirm your consent to the processing of the data provided at that time, for the purposes described from time to time. Failure to release it prevents the registration of the User to the Site and his access to the reserved areas of the same.


5. SCOPE OF DATA DISSEMINATION
The personal data provided by users will be processed by Studio Villaguardia Sas, or by subjects directly appointed by it and under its own responsibility, in the Swiss, European and non-European territory.

6. METHODS OF PROCESSING
The processing will take place in any case with the help of appropriate tools and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality in accordance with the law and can be carried out both by paper media, both with the help of electronic means.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.


7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The user has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the data and to know the content and origin, to know the purposes and methods of processing, to know – in case of treatment with electronic instruments – the logic applied to such treatment, to verify its accuracy or to ask for its integration or updating, or the rectification – art.7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Pursuant to the same article, the user has the right to request the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. The processing of your personal data will take place in accordance with the current legislative and contractual provisions and will be governed by Italian law (D.Lgs. n. 196/2003).
