You should know taht sometimes it can happen that a person can’t (or doesn’t want) partecipate in the sale deed of a property, even if its signature is indispensable.
What is done in this case?
You make a notarial power of attorney: the person who is to be represented, in front of a notary, gives to another a power of attorney. In this way, the day of the notary deed there will be the representative, who will have all the right to represent the person concerned.
Obviously, this solution has a price and is to be only used as a last resors.
